Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
These products are made specifically to your order and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with proof of damage (photos or videos).
We will assess the damage and, if deemed eligible, offer a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Handle with care: Avoid overloading your leather bag with heavy items or carrying it by the straps when it is overly full. Also, be careful not to scratch or scuff the leather against rough surfaces.
