Return and Refund Policy

General Eligibility:

Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
Used items are not eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
All items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Customized Products:

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
These products are made specifically to your order and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with proof of damage (photos or videos).
We will assess the damage and, if deemed eligible, offer a replacement or a full refund.


Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

 

Customization Notice:

All our bag designs feature hand-drawn artwork. Please note that while we strive for excellence, the final drawing may not be an exact 100% replica of the reference image.

Once the drawing is complete, you can request to view an image of the design for your approval. We will be happy to share the image with you for confirmation before dispatch.

After dispatch, any requested changes to the drawing may incur additional shipping charges, which will be borne by the customer .
