All the customized products can take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered. Goods are delivered via local courier service. A courier representative will contact customers regarding drop off location and time. Vonto provides all customers with complimentary delivery within the UAE only and does not maintain an international shipping option. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until all information are verified by the buyer.

General Eligibility:
Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
Used items are not eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
All items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Customized Products:
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
These products are made specifically to your order and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with proof of damage (photos or videos).
We will assess the damage and, if deemed eligible, offer a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Handle with care: Avoid overloading your leather bag with heavy items or carrying it by the straps when it is overly full. Also, be careful not to scratch or scuff the leather against rough surfaces.
