Our shipping is free of cost within the UAE for all orders. For orders to GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries, a shipping fee of 100AED applies. Please note that for orders outside of the UAE, customers may be subject to customs and duties fees, which are not the responsibility of Vonto. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding these fees.

We currently ship our products only within the GCC countries.

Exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Items should be returned within 24hours of product receive and unused with the original tags attached.
