What are your shipping fees?

Our shipping is free of cost within the UAE and 50AED for orders to GCC countries.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

We currently ship our products only within the GCC countries.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order 3-5 business days after your order is confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online payment through debit & credit card is accepted.

What's your exchange & return policy?

Exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Items should be returned within 24hours of product receive and unused with the original tags attached.

Cancellation

Shoppers cannot cancel their orders once its purchased.
